Qualissol shall provide leading edge ERW Clearance Management Systems that are safe, achievable, relevant, and auditable. In doing so Qualissol shall constantly assess situations and formulate solutions based on the changing needs of their Clients and the prevailing operational conditions in a cost effective, honest, and professional manner.
Qualissol will develop project specific Client Standards for ERW Clearance Operations to reduce the risk from Landmines and Unexploded Ordnance to a tolerable level on the areas to be used by them for construction footprints. These Standards will be developed to conform to the principles of the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) and ISO 9001:2000.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are developed by the ERW Clearance Contractor using the Client Standards as the overarching document. These procedures are documented instructions which define the preferred or currently established method of conducting an operational task or activity. Their purpose is to promote recognisable and measurable degrees of discipline, uniformity, consistency and commonality within an organisation, with the aim of improving operational effectiveness and safety. Additionally, SOP's should reflect local requirements and circumstances. These SOP's must be verified as fit for purpose before approval by the Client.
Qualissol have accumulated many years of experience implementing Standards into the development of SOP's, and are therefore well equipped to carry out pre-operational verification of Clearance Contractor SOP's.
